What is on this shelf
Bouillon granules are the volume: chicken, pork and mushroom, sold as the everyday seasoning of a Vietnamese kitchen rather than as a stock cube. Ajinomoto and Aji-ngon are the same group and split by product rather than by grade, with big flake MSG on one side and the seasoned granules on the other. Cholimex and DH Food add the marinades and the local spice mixes that a Vietnamese restaurant abroad orders by name.
