Personal Care & Toiletries
The personal care aisle: toothpaste and mouthwash, shampoo and conditioner, soap and shower gel, diapers and facial skin care, made in Vietnam for Colgate-Palmolive, Unilever, Procter and Gamble, Haleon and L'Oreal.
How the shelves fit together
Five shelves, and a buyer stocking a supermarket aisle takes across all of them rather than down one. Oral care and hair care are the two deep shelves and the ones most enquiries open with. Soap and body wash is the third, and it is where the antibacterial brands sit. Diapers and skin care are shallower but they finish the aisle, and a retail buyer who cannot get them from you will go somewhere that has all five.

Why this aisle loads well
Personal care is the aisle that mixes best. Bar soap and sachets are dense and cheap to freight, diapers are bulk with almost no weight, and bottles and tubes sit in between, so a container can be balanced inside one aisle instead of borrowing from another. Every pack publishes its units per carton, and the desk will send carton weight and volume for the lines you shortlist so a 20ft can be costed before anyone talks price.
