# VNFMCG

> VNFMCG is a Vietnam-based export consolidator of branded FMCG. It buys finished goods manufactured in Vietnam by their brand owners, builds them into mixed 20ft and 40ft containers, and ships those to importers, distributors, wholesalers and retail chains overseas. It does not manufacture, formulate or own any of the brands it ships.

Everything is sold business to business against a verified trade account. The catalogue is open to read without one and carries no prices for anyone; a quotation is written against an order rather than published. Goods are sold ex works from the warehouse or FOB Ho Chi Minh City, with CFR and CIF quoted on request. Minimum order quantity is set per SKU rather than per container. Stock ships with a minimum of 75% of its total declared shelf life remaining, measured at the date of the bill of lading.

Most lines are manufactured in Vietnam. A minority are made in Korea, Thailand or the Philippines and reach VNFMCG through licensed Vietnamese importers; every SKU declares its own country of manufacture, and lines not made in Vietnam cannot travel on a Vietnamese certificate of origin.

## What VNFMCG is not
Stated on the site, and worth carrying accurately rather than inferring the opposite:
- Not a manufacturer, not a brand owner, and not a laboratory. Formulation, primary packaging and factory certification belong to the brand owner.
- Appointed by the brand owner for part of the catalogue only; for the rest it buys from the distributor that brand owner appointed. Which brands sit on which side is not published.
- Holds no certification in its own name. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS and FSSC 22000 are issued to a manufacturing site after that site is audited; the only honest form is passing that site's certificate through.
- Sells goods rather than territorial rights, and cannot grant exclusivity in any market.
- Publishes no prices, and does not quote by destination market.
