Trade desk
Contact
One desk handles the lines, the load plan, the quotation and the shipment. Write to it directly and the reply comes from someone who can answer, not from a queue.

Write to the trade desk
It lands with the same desk as the address above, and the reply comes by email.
What to put in the first message
None of it is required, but each line you can answer comes back as a price instead of a question.
- The lines you want
- Brand and pack size, and the country of manufacture where it matters to you: the same brand made in two countries is two different products.
- Cartons per line
- Minimum order sits on each line rather than on the container, so what decides a load is how many cartons of each you can take.
- Destination port and incoterm
- Ex works, FOB Ho Chi Minh City, CFR and CIF land at different numbers, and the port decides the sailing.
- What your market requires
- Labelling, any registration held in your own name, and any certificate your market issues per consignment before the vessel sails. Raised now it is arranged here; raised at your port it cannot be.
- The sailing you are working back from
- Availability follows the distributor's stock rather than a production schedule, so a date to work back from is worth more to the answer than a lead time would be.
Prefer email? It reaches the same desk.
Meeting us in person
We take a stand at the international trade fairs this business is actually bought at. Gulfood in Dubai is the most recent, in 2026, and we will be at the coming editions. If you are going to one of them, write ahead and the desk will put a time aside: a pack in your hand and a sample carton settle in ten minutes what a specification takes a week to argue.
