What is on this shelf
Sunlight is the Unilever line and the one most markets know, sold on lemon and green tea. Lix and Mỹ Hảo are the Vietnamese houses, and they are where the price competitive volume sits: Mỹ Hảo 5X is a concentrate, and both run plain white liquid as well as the scented ranges. Surf adds a fourth. The bottle and the refill pouch are separate SKUs of the same liquid, and the refill is what a household repurchases.

Refills are the reason to look twice
The bottle is a retail unit and the refill is a freight decision: a 3.8kg pouch carries the same liquid with a fraction of the packaging, ships two to six per carton, and lands cheaper per litre than the same volume in bottles. A container built on refills and topped with bottles for shelf presentation is the usual answer here, and this shelf almost always ships beside detergent and fabric conditioner rather than alone.
