What this shelf covers
Household bleach is a sodium hypochlorite solution and it is bought on concentration rather than on name: the percentage decides what it can be used for and how it must be labelled. Beside it sit the thickened toilet cleaners and the multipurpose disinfectants, which are a different formulation for a different job. Bottles and refill jugs are separate SKUs, and the jug is what a household repurchases.

The shelf with real transport rules
Hypochlorite is corrosive: it is regulated for sea freight, it needs its UN number and packing declared, and it must not be stowed against goods it can damage if a bottle leaks. That is not a reason to avoid it, it is a reason to declare it at the start rather than discover it at the port. Say the concentration and the destination first, because some markets restrict what may be sold at retail strength.
