Ambient, but not indefinite
UHT gives months rather than days, and that is what makes dairy shippable by sea at all, but it is still the shortest life in the beverages aisle and the sailing time has to be planned against it. Ask for the production date policy with the quote. Cartons run 12, 24 or 48 depending on pack size, and milk is heavy: this shelf reaches a container's payload before it fills the box.
